delivery time

In 95% of the time, your license will be delivered immediately. In some cases, it can take up to 4 hours. Only if you purchase using an eCheck, it can take up to 5 business days by Paypal to process your payment.

personal license

After purchasing you will receive a license to run VideoDrive on two machines you own. This license will omit any restrictions of the free version.

Your personal license will be sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account or to the email address you provide while purchasing.

refunds

As we provide a free trial version, we recommend trying VideoDrive before buying. Refunds are only given when an issues occurs preventing VideoDrive from running correctly on your machine. Contact Support for any issues.
